Since joining Dell’s Product Connectivity & IoT (PCiT) group in 2019, I’ve been deeply engaged in reimagining next-generation connectivity solutions for the unified Dell EMC organization. Collaborating with brilliant technical minds, we developed a homegrown, scalable, and backend-intensive enterprise platform that empowers Dell IT Services to deliver a secure, proactive, and intelligent support experience to enterprise customers worldwide—with seamless security and high availability.
